Active listings were up 4.2% when compared to last month and jumped by 31.4% when compared to last year at this time. Last month saw 2,631 active listings.
Pending properties were down 1.4% month over month and declined 3.4% when compared to last year at this time. Last year saw 786 pending units.
July saw inventory increase by 30.4% when compared to last year. This data point was up 7.1% compared to what we saw last month.
July saw the percent-of-the-closed-price-to-list-price at 99.0%. This data point was down 0.6% compared to what we saw last month and declined 1.0% when viewed year over year.
This data point was up 1.1% when compared to this time last year, and up slightly (0.4%) when viewed month-over-month.
